Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS with tracking provided via email upon fulfillment. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination. Chill Simply ships to all U.S. states where our products are legally permitted.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–5 business days of payment confirmation, depending on inventory availability. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Restricted Jurisdictions

We do not ship kratom or Delta-9 THC products to states where those products are prohibited by law. If you place an order to a restricted jurisdiction, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded. It is your responsibility to verify your state’s legal status before ordering.

Wholesale Shipping

Wholesale orders are shipped freight or parcel depending on volume. Shipping is paid by the buyer and calculated at the time of order. Wholesale accounts in Florida may be eligible for local delivery — contact us to confirm.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of consumable botanical products, we do not accept returns on opened products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at chill@chillsimply.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Unopened Returns

Unopened products in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full product refund, minus original shipping costs. Contact chill@chillsimply.com to initiate a return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
